Dalhousie scene

Dalhousie is a slope station in Chamba region, in the northern condition of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is arranged on 5 slopes and has a rise of 1,970 meters above ocean level.

Major attractions

Dalhousie has numerous spots to visit. A most loved spot for visitors is the range close Alla. It is a potato field and it offers entrancing picturesque scene. Another famous spot is the zone of Karelanu. It is renowned for its valuable water, which mended Subhas Chandra Bose. ACCESS 

Dalhousie is 485 km by street from Delhi and 52 km from Chamba. The nearest railhead is Pathankot, 80 km away. The airplane terminal at Gaggal in Kangra is at a separation of 135 km . Taxis and transports are effectively accessible from these spots. 

Atmosphere : In winter, the temperature can drop to the point of solidification when substantial woolens are required. The late spring temperature are mellow and light woolens/cottons are suggested.

PANCHPULA (3 km) : This is a pleasant spot where a stream nourish a progression of pools. A landmark has been worked here in memory of the opportunity warrior, Sardar Ajit Singh. 

KALATOP (10 km) : This untamed life haven is a home to the "ghoral" and Himalayan wild bear. 

SHOPPING : Tibetan painstaking work including pullovers and floor coverings at Dalhousie. Chamba Slippers, "Rumals" and Shawls at Chamba town.
